Commissioned work is prohibited from being used as NFTs or in AI applications. Do not upload it to any AI sites, as this can compromise my artwork.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms listed here. Unless otherwise agreed upon, commissioned artwork is for personal, non-profit use only, and image credits must be attributed to me. Violators will be blacklisted indefinitely and without prior notice.GENERAL
Terms & Prices: Please read and understand these Terms of Service and the pricing structure on my website, which applies to personal use only. For commercial pricing details, contact me directly.
Attribution: You may display the completed artwork on external sites as long as visible credit is provided, linking back to me as the artist.
Usage Restrictions: You may not claim the artwork as your own unless you've purchased full copyright rights. The artwork may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., avatars, wallpapers, personal profiles). Redistribution or external projects (e.g., merchandise) require commercial rights.
No Modifications: Altering, tracing, or using the artwork as a base is not permitted without my approval.
Harassment Policy: Attempts to negotiate or demand a commission slot through inappropriate comments or messages will lead to blacklisting. Respect that my art style cannot be modified or changed post-completion.
Publishing Rights: I reserve the right to display the commissioned work in my portfolio or gallery. If you prefer a specific release date (e.g., for a birthday or anniversary) or temporary privacy, let me know in advance. Private commissions incur an 80% surcharge.
Declining Commissions: I may decline any project if insufficient visual references (e.g., poses, style) are provided or if the subject matter includes themes I am uncomfortable with. This includes, but is not limited to, R18/NSFW, complex details, furry, heavy mecha, bara, and fetish art. Yaoi and Yuri are negotiable.
Cancellations: Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed. Ensure that the information provided is accurate, as mistakes on the form cannot be used to cancel the order.
References: Detailed visual references are required. If these are incomplete, I may decline or refund your commission.
Order Selection: Orders are not handled on a first-come, first-served basis; they will be chosen based on my current inspiration and comfort level. You will be notified when a slot is available.PAYMENTS
• I am not responsible for errors on your part during transactions.
• Payments are due upfront.
• If payment is not completed within 48 hours after I send the invoice, the commission will be canceled without warning, and you may be blacklisted.
• All additional commission fees or taxes will be charged to the client.REVISIONS
• You may request limited revisions, such as adjustments to anatomy, composition, or clothing, during the rough sketch or draft phase.
• The number of revisions allowed varies by commission type (e.g., a colored painting illustration includes up to three revisions).
• Major changes to the pose or a completely new concept from the original request will not be accommodated.
• For "Surprise me!" or Skeb-type commissions, no work-in-progress (WIP) images, sketches, or previews are provided, and revisions are not available.
• If the concept is left open-ended, leaving the final outcome to the artist’s discretion, this also applies to all commission type.
• Once the rendering phase begins, or once the final artwork is completed, no major or minor revisions are accepted.
• Completion times range from 1 week to 4 months per slot, depending on the type of commission, the queue, personal circumstances, and workload.
• This timeline starts upon invoice payment.
• Rush commissions or deadlines under 3 months are not accepted.USAGE RIGHTS
Personal Use: You may use personal-use commissions for personal display and limited portfolio use by the artist.
Private Use: If you do not wish for the artwork to be posted publicly, an 80% privacy fee applies. The artist retains portfolio rights.
Commercial Use: Any use for monetary purposes requires a commercial license, which allows for promotional use as a thumbnail, banner, or cover. Fees apply based on the extent of use:
Type 1 Limited Commercial Use: +200% of base price, usable for streaming and advertising.
Type 2 Full Commercial Use: +300%–500% of base price, includes merchandising rights.
Type 3 Full Copyright: +700% of base price, grants full copyright with .PSD file provided. Portfolio used by the artist is negotiable.REFUNDS
• No refunds or cancellations are permitted after payment unless an urgent situation prevents the artist from completing the work.
• In such cases, if proof (e.g., medical letter) is provided, a 50% refund may be issued.COMMUNICATION
• Communication will be conducted through DMs or social media.
• Time zone differences (GMT +7) may affect response times.

Additional charges apply for complex items like armor, weapons, or detailed accessories inspired by designs from games such as Genshin Impact, Final Fantasy, etc. Please see the “Extras” section on the commission form for details.
