• By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
• Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
• If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
• Using both personal and commercial commissioned work as NFT and AI purposes are strictly prohibited. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.GENERAL TERMS
1. You will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my Commission Prices.
2. You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.
3. You may not claim my work as your own.
4. You may use the Artwork for personal use including : avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays that is not for branding purpose.
5. All commission pricelist on this carrd are for PERSONAL USES only. Please refer to the new page for commercial use which will be guided by the artist.
6. You can not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless you purchase for commercial use.
7. You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
8. You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”
9. Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission (a ‘slot’) is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist over harassment.
10. By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
11. Generally, I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.Please tell in ADVANCE if you want me to publish your finished commission sample on specific date (i.e birthday, anniversary, etc) or you wish do not want your commission to be displayed publicly. Private commission will be charged 80% of total pricelist.
12. I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
13. I do not do the following: R18 /NSFW, furry, heavy mecha, complicated design art, elderly, bara, fetish art or anything else that makes me uncomfortable to draw.
14. Yaoi and Yuri are needed to be disscused first.
15. Not first come first serve.I will choose an order randomly. This means I will compile the waitlist based on that piece I'm the most inspired/ comfortable with at the moment. You will be notified as soon as possible once the slot is available.
16. Feedback of the final product is permitted after completion of the piece, through private messages or comments.
17. The commissioner must respect that my art style cannot be altered.Work Process
1. Slot Confirmation: Your order cannot be proceed without any confirmation about slot through my social media/email.
2 Fiilling out the form: Please make sure you send the right references and other information regarding commission. References should be detailed as possible. Then, You will get a reply from me discussing the details (if needed) as well as me confirming your slot. I reserve the right to make changes to your request as I see fit unless otherwise discussed. Please make your request concisely worded with minimal abbreviations, so as to make the note clear to read.
3.Payment: After the invoice is sent, please make a payment within 1x24 hours or your slot will be changed to the next waiting list.
4.Sketch phase: Completion time may vary between 1 to 16 weeks, starting from when the sketch is sent. Please note that I do not accept rush. In this sketch phase, you can request revisions such as changes in anatomy, composition, clothing, etc with limited amount of revisions (It may vary depends on what type of commission) and additional revisions will be charged by 50%-100% of total price. Please note I won't accept 100% pose revision/a different concept that you have instructed at the first place in references OR unclear instructions (leaving it up to the artist). Major pose revisions or 100% different concept that you have instructed at the first place is not acceptable for revisions.
5. Draft Color: Once the previous revisions are approved (if any), I will send you a rough color draft to check. Only minor revisions are acceptable, example ex: adding missed details, changing eye color, etc.
6. Rendering: In this phase, there are no acceptable revisions.
7. Completion: Finished pieces will be sent via an email. I will not accept any both major or minor revisions once the final work is completed.PAYMENT
1. I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
2. Once the payment has been made there will be NO REFUNDS and NO cancellations unless the artist suggest you 100% refund option due to an artist's urgent matter (IF the draft sketch/color is already sent to client, Artist will provide you only 30-50% refund).
3. Payment will be done via Paypal/Wise(USD) and bank transfer BCA (IDR).
3. The down payment method is only possible for those who choose to pay by bank transfer. It is expected that you paid 50%~100% of the price upfront before I star OR I finished the rough sketch. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.
4. I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.
5. If payment is not made in a timely manner (48h) after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be cancelled.
